I appreciated the prompt airport pickup and the cute drink. the koi pond at the entrance added a serene touch. the staff was very helpful. They even folded our clothes each day. i especially liked the cleanliness of the private plunge pool.

the beach had some rocks making walking difficult.

the pool suite featured a well maintained plunge pool with a swing that supports up to 80kg. the bed included quality beddings and individual reading lights. the bathroom features provided super clean towels, bathrobes and slippers.

the check in process included a special ritual with three gongs. staff offered to tie sai sin bracelets to wish good spirit. i noticed poolside service was attentive, providing prompt assistance with drinks and towels.

The hotel is near the airport. The ride to the hotel took just a few minutes. the hotel is situated in a more quiet area. it is close to main atractions, but still provides a calm atmosphere.

nice gardendated gymcrowded pool area

the gardens offered privacy. the accommodations were discreetly hidden.

the half board was only good if i wanted lunch. i was told dinner was an option but, the staff corrected it to only lunch. the gym looks old and tired and the pool area felt crowded. there wasn't really anywhere to enjoy the sun near my room's pool.
